Cant complain, the food was delicious and well priced.

Quaint, nostalgic ambience, yes and not quite perfect, but it depends on the food. I can only recommend the Erzgebirge dishes - Getzen and Klitscher, really a pleasure and huge portions that no one (especially me) can manage. Packing wasn't a problem here either. We will be back definitely.

At first I was skeptical about going there because you read bad things. But we say: the visit was worth it for us and we'll come again

We were hungry and spontaneously stopped at this restaurant. It was late and we asked if there was anything left to eat. He greeted us warmly and gave us the menu. The food was plentiful and delicious. We chose the roulades with dumplings. It was very entertaining and the goal of eating became a nice chat with the host. The atmosphere was very nice, good middle-class like in the old days of my childhood. Rustic and tasty. We could have sat for hours.

Sorry, my husband tasted it, though, because the Schnitzel was also great .... the Geschmavk was fine, but my fried potatoes were charred = black = inedible and from the host came only a funny saying, I also found the premises dirty, cobwebs and dust everywhere. The floor could have become so dirty in the last few hours, even though we were the only ones. A saying goes that the toilet looks so clean the kitchen is. Well, I drive past very often, but I never get any appetite there.

We booked here for our Stoneman men's round. It was raining and we are in the dark from Pöhlberg down to the accommodation. Immediately we were received and offered to let our clothes dry. Although it was unclear that the wet shoes dry, but it was all dry the next day. For comparison in the hotel "old Schleiferei" (Breitenbrunn) I paid 10 € and the shoes were not dry. Here is my biggest thanks !!! That was great and directly increased my motivation the next day. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the shower warm. That was exactly what we needed after the rainy tour. Now for the unpleasant things. We had challenged the host to entertain us all evening / night. Here we had to disappoint. The landlord was prepared. There was a delicious yummy elderberry schnapps. Unfortunately, we could not empty the 1.5 l flask of the host. We will definitely repeat it. This inn is on our list, the best inns at Stoneman Miriquidi. We look forward to seeing you again, see you soon and best wishes from Leipzig

Excellent food. After a walk on the bike path, we returned for dinner in the morning sun. The food was top. We did not have to wait a long time and the price / performance ratio was just as good. All in all, a stopover is recommended. We will be back.
